Values Education or Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao as part of the curriculum aims for the formation of values of learners. Strategies and methodologies in Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao become a concern of teachers in this time of New Normal Education. This study focused on SELFCARE (Self-Directed Learning, Feedbacking and Critical Reflection) teaching strategies in improving ESP performance of Grade 8 students of Imus National High School. The study employed a quasi-experimental design. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent samples t-test, and paired sample t-test were used to compare the effectiveness of SELFCARE teaching strategies. The study revealed that SELFCARE can help both online and modular students learn ESP better. Conversely, online learners showed a greater increase in their average scores compared to modular learners. The study recommended that SELFCARE strategies be used to improve ESP performance of the students.
