Timeliness, Frequency and Diversity of Publications
• All journals must publish at least 8 articles per year for at least two years (Editorials do not count).
• At least 25% of the total articles published in the past two years must come from external organizations. (If the authors of a particular paper come from a combination of the journal affiliation and other organizations, this will be counted as an external paper).
• Journals must submit the publication information about the latest issue within one month from the prescribed date of publication.
